Summer's Crossing Resident Portal

These terms apply to your use of the Summer's Crossing resident portal. The portal is operated by Summer's Crossing for its residents and board, on software provided by HOA RIGHT AWAY LLC. By signing in, you agree to these terms.

Who can use the portal

The portal is for owners and residents of Summer's Crossing, its trustees and administrators, and vendors the association works with. Accounts are matched to a lot or vendor record by the email address the association has on file. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

  • Provide accurate information in requests, reservations, and profiles.
  • Do not post unlawful, harassing, or misleading content, or content you do not have the right to share.
  • Do not attempt to access another person's account or association records.
  • Do not interfere with the portal's operation or attempt to bypass its access controls.

Association records and payments

Assessments, fines, and other records shown in the portal are maintained by Summer's Crossing's trustees. Online payments are processed by Stripe. Questions about a charge or record should go to a trustee of Summer's Crossing.

Sign-in with Google or Facebook

You may sign in with a Google or Facebook account. We use only the name and email address those services provide, to create and identify your portal account. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Availability and changes

The portal is provided as is, and may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Access may be suspended or removed for misuse. If these terms change, the updated version will be posted at this same address.
